This little beach bungalow was originally constructed in 1925. Throughout the years the home has been added on to in your typically "piecemeal" fashion. Our clients purchased this property in 2015 with the intention to completely renovate the interior and exterior. Only 180 sq. ft. of living space was added to the house along with a Covered Entry and Breezeway to connect the detached garage to the main house. This project was completed in 2017.
